Als Productiemedewerker Composiet werk je in Genemuiden mee aan de bouw van scheepscasco's en andere hoogwaardige composietproducten. Dankzij jouw inzet worden scheepscasco's en andere composietproducten gebouwd die jarenlang worden gebruikt in de maritieme sector. Een moderne en schone productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, techniek en samenwerken centraal staan, vormt jouw dagelijkse werkomgeving. Je werkt fulltime in dagdienst en leert het vak stap voor stap van ervaren collega's. Ervaring is niet nodig; motivatie en de wil om aan te pakken zijn veel belangrijker. Van het voorbereiden van mallen tot het afwerken van complete scheepscasco's, jij draagt iedere dag bij aan de bouw van hoogwaardige composietproducten. Je werkt fulltime in dagdienst op één vaste afdeling en leert het vak stap voor stap van ervaren collega's. Afhankelijk van de afdeling houd je je bezig met: Voorbewerking - Voorbereiden van mallen en materialen voor scheepscasco's en onderdelen; Lamineren - Opbouwen van scheepscasco's en onderdelen met composiet door middel van hand lay-up, spray lay-up en vacuüminjectie (RTM); Afwerking - Schuren, coaten, spuiten en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op eindproducten. Samen met je collega's werk je iedere dag aan producten waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en precisie centraal staan.
