Als Productiemedewerker Composiet in Genemuiden werk je aan hoogwaardige composietproducten voor de maritieme sector, waaronder grote scheepscasco's. Precisie en vakmanschap zijn belangrijk, want wat jij maakt moet jarenlang meegaan. Je werkt fulltime in dagdienst op één van drie afdelingen: Voorbewerking, Lamineren of Afwerking. Ervaring met composiet is niet nodig. Ervaren collega's leren je het vak stap voor stap. Technisch inzicht, leergierigheid en de wil om aan te pakken vinden we veel belangrijker. In een moderne en schone productieomgeving leer je zo een echt vak én zie je iedere dag het resultaat van je werk. Wat ga je doen? Als Productiemedewerker Composiet werk je op één van drie afdelingen: Voorbewerking, Lamineren of Afwerking. Iedere afdeling heeft zijn eigen plek in het productieproces en vraagt om andere werkzaamheden. Voorbewerking - Mallen en materialen voorbereiden voor de productie van scheepscasco's en onderdelen. Lamineren - Scheepscasco's en onderdelen laag voor laag opbouwen met composiet; - Werken met technieken zoals hand lay-up, spray lay-up en vacuüminjectie (RTM). Afwerking - Composietproducten schuren, coaten en spuiten; - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op de eindproducten. Welke afdeling het ook wordt, je werkt nauwkeurig en ziet het product onder je handen steeds verder vorm krijgen. Wat verwachten we van jou? Ervaring met composiet? Die hoef je niet mee te brengen. De motivatie om het vak te leren wél. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, pakt graag aan en werkt nauwkeurig.
