Je werkt in een moderne omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en fysieke fitheid draag je bij aan het leveren van hoogwaardige kazen die dagelijks door heel Nederland worden genoten. Wat je gaat doen: - Bedienen en controleren: van productiemachines om een efficiënt proces te waarborgen. - Controleren: van de kwaliteit van kazen en signaleren van afwijkingen. - Plaatsen: van kazen in- en uit het pekelbad. - Gereedmaken: van producten voor transport. - Uitvoeren: van heftruckwerkzaamheden (indien je een certificaat hebt). Wat we je bieden Bij DOC Kaas geloven we in het bieden van een werkomgeving waar jouw inzet wordt beloond en je volop kansen krijgt om te groeien. Hier werk je niet alleen aan hoogwaardige producten, maar ook aan jouw eigen ontwikkeling. - Een bruto uurloon van €17,38, met toeslagen tot €38,65 (zaterdagnacht). - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Flexibele werkuren: van 8 tot 40 uur per week. - Hoge toeslagen voor werken in de avonden, nachten en weekenden. - Reiskostenvergoeding tot € 0,23 netto per kilometer. - 8% vakantiegeld en 5% eindejaarsuitkering. - Mogelijkheden voor opleidingen, zoals een heftruckcertificaat. - Kans op een volledig betaalde 2-jarige BBL-opleiding tot Procesoperator B (MBO 3).
