Als productiemedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de productielijnen soepel blijven draaien en werk je mee in een gezellig familiebedrijf waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staat! Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als productiemedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de productielijnen goed blijven draaien. Je bent een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces en houdt continu in de gaten of alles soepel verloopt. Je begint je dienst met het controleren van de productielijn en zorgt ervoor dat er voldoende flessen, doppen en etiketten aanwezig zijn. Tijdens de productie vul je de lijn op tijd aan, houd je de machine in de gaten en grijp je in wanneer dat nodig is. Kleine storingen probeer je zelf op te lossen en wanneer nodig schakel je een collega in. Daarnaast controleer je regelmatig de kwaliteit van de producten en zorg je ervoor dat je werkplek schoon en netjes blijft. Het is een afwisselende functie waarbij je veel in beweging bent en samenwerkt in een enthousiast productieteam! Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je komt te werken bij een innovatief familiebedrijf in Aalten dat al meer dan 75 jaar hoogwaardige brandstofproducten produceert. Het volledige proces, van de productie van PET-flessen en doppen tot het mengen, afvullen en verpakken van de producten, gebeurt in eigen huis. Hierdoor zijn de lijnen kort en wordt er efficiënt samengewerkt. Binnen het bedrijf staan kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid centraal. Er wordt continu geïnvesteerd in moderne productielijnen en innovatieve technieken. Zo wordt de fabriek volledig voorzien van groene energie en is er veel aandacht voor procesverbetering en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen.
