Productiemedewerker dagdienst 38 - uur per week Tussen €15,50 en €17,50 per uur Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Ben jij handig, werk je graag met je handen en heb je interesse in techniek? Dan hebben wij een mooie baan voor je! Als productiemedewerker werk je met houtprofielen en machines om hoogwaardige producten voor de bouw te maken. Je leert het vak in de praktijk en krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must! Wat ga je doen? Als productiemedewerker werk je aan het bewerken en ommantelen van houten profielen. Met behulp van speciale machines voorzie je de profielen van een beschermende en decoratieve folie. Zo krijgen de producten de juiste uitstraling en zijn ze direct klaar voor gebruik in de bouw. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines goed zijn ingesteld, de kwaliteit op orde is en het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en vragen om technisch inzicht en oog voor detail. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het controleren van houten profielen op kwaliteit en afmetingen; - Het voorbereiden van foliemateriaal en het klaarzetten van de benodigde materialen; - Het instellen en afstellen van machines; - Het bewaken van het productieproces en controleren van de kwaliteit; - Het signaleren en waar mogelijk oplossen van kleine storingen; - Het melden en registreren van afwijkingen; - Samenwerken met collega's om een mooi eindproduct af te leveren. Heb je nog geen ervaring met deze werkzaamheden? Geen probleem! Je wordt goed ingewerkt en ervaren collega's leren je stap voor stap hoe alles werkt.
