Ben jij graag praktisch bezig en krijg je energie van werken met mooie producten? Als productiemedewerker in de kookploeg speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat ingrediënten worden voorbereid, recepten nauwkeurig worden gevolgd en de kwaliteit van de producten altijd hoog blijft.

Je komt terecht in een warme en betrokken werkomgeving waar samenwerken centraal staat. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je bent bezig met koken, mengen, controleren en het verbeteren van processen. Dankzij jouw inzet loopt de productie soepel en kunnen consumenten door heel Nederland genieten van de eindproducten.

Wat ga je doen?- Bereiden van ingrediënten volgens vaste recepten, zoals het koken van mie, braden van vlees en mengen van grondstoffen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens; - Controleren of het productieproces goed verloopt en afwijkingen signaleren; - Samenwerken met collega’s om storingen snel op te lossen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen en slimmer werken binnen het productieproces; - Werken volgens strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften in een nette productieomgeving.
