Productiemedewerker dagdienst 40 - uur per week Tussen €2.550 en €2.800 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als productiemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het produceren van hoogwaardige technische producten binnen een internationale productieorganisatie. Je werkt in een gestructureerde omgeving met een hecht team van ongeveer 15 collega's. Hier krijg je de kans om je technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en stap voor stap door te groeien. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en motivatie draag je bij aan de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid waar het bedrijf voor staat. Wat ga je doen: - Snijden, schuren en verlijmen van materialen volgens specificaties. - Voorbereiden van onderdelen en bedienen van moderne machines in de productiehal. - Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkplek door veiligheidsvoorschriften te volgen. - Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en het delen van ideeën. - Nieuwe technieken leren en toepassen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in je rol. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.550 en € 2.800. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een werkweek van 40 uur, met de mogelijkheid om 32 uur te werken. - Een 13e maand als extra waardering voor jouw inzet. - Werktijden van 08:00 tot 16:30 in dagdiensten. - Ruimte om jouw technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen een gestructureerde en prettige werkomgeving.
