Wat ga je doen? Ben jij op zoek naar een leuke baan in dagdienst binnen de productie waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is? Lees dan snel verder! Voor een opdrachtgever in Lomm zoeken wij een gemotiveerde productiemedewerker. Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met montagewerkzaamheden en ondersteunt bij het blisteren van producten. Onze opdrachtgever produceert hoogwaardig deurbeslag. Om de kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en weersbestendigheid te verbeteren, worden de onderdelen behandeld met een speciale coating. Naast montage kun je ook worden ingezet op andere afdelingen, zoals: - Poedercoaten: het behandelen en afwerken van onderdelen; - Zagen: het op maat maken van profielen; - Inpakken: het verpakken van eindproducten.

Het betreft een functie in dagdienst van 07:30 tot 16:15 uur. Je komt terecht in een afwisselende werkomgeving met uitzicht op een langdurige samenwerking. Overwerken is mogelijk, maar altijd in overleg. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken bij een Nederlandse fabrikant van hoogwaardig aluminium bouwbeslag, gevestigd in Lomm. Denk aan deurkrukken, veiligheidsbeslag, raambeslag en briefplaten, producten die dagelijks door miljoenen mensen worden gebruikt, in Nederland en daarbuiten. Het bedrijf bestaat al sinds 1956 en heeft een team van zo'n 80 medewerkers. Er zijn twee divisies: één waar het beslag volledig in eigen huis wordt ontwikkeld en geproduceerd, en één waar bewerkingen voor derden worden uitgevoerd, zoals het poedercoaten van aluminium producten. Duurzaamheid en innovatie staan hoog op de agenda: het bedrijf was de eerste producent ter wereld met een Cradle to Cradle Silver certificering voor het grootste deel van het assortiment. Het is een familiebedrijf met een informele sfeer, korte lijnen en een duidelijke cultuur: afspraak is afspraak. Het bedrijf is gelegen op het bedrijventerrein in Lomm en is goed bereikbaar met de auto en fiets vanuit Venlo.
