De producten worden toegepast in luxe jachten en hoogwaardige projecten waar kwaliteit centraal staat. Zonder jouw vakmanschap voldoen onderdelen niet aan de hoge eisen die klanten verwachten. Je werkt met verschillende machines en handgereedschappen om oppervlakken strak, egaal en krasvrij af te werken. Daarbij controleer je voortdurend de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat. Jouw top 3 werkzaamheden zijn: - Handmatig slijpen, matteren en borstelen van RVS onderdelen - Bedienen van verschillende borstel en slijpmachines - Controleren, meten en verpakken van gereed product Daarnaast ondersteun je waar nodig andere afdelingen binnen de productie en overleg je met de productieleiding bij afwijkingen of bijzonderheden. Over de opdrachtgever Deze organisatie ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige RVS scharnieren en constructies voor onder andere luxe jachten. De producten staan bekend om hun kwaliteit, uitstraling en perfecte afwerking. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team van ongeveer 16 collega's. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook ruimte voor samenwerking en begeleiding. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een goede inwerkperiode zodat zij het vak in de praktijk kunnen leren. Wat wij jou bieden Deze arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband van 40 uur per week. Je werkt van maandag tot en met donderdag van 07.00 tot 16.30 uur en op vrijdag tot 13.30 uur.
