Wil je werken in een hecht team met veel zelfstandigheid, afwisseling én ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen? Dan is deze functie als allround productiemedewerker iets voor jou. In deze functie word je intern opgeleid tot allround productiemedewerker. Ervaring in de branche is niet nodig: je leert het vak stap voor stap van ervaren collega’s. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je werkt met verschillende machines en processen binnen de productieomgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen van walsen en mixers voor het mengen van compounds - Werken met extruders, kalanders en snijtafels - Afwegen van grondstoffen - Wegen, verpakken en gereedmaken van producten voor verzending

Je krijgt alle tijd om de werkzaamheden goed onder de knie te krijgen en wordt uitgebreid ingewerkt. Binnen het team helpt iedereen elkaar en kun je altijd rekenen op ondersteuning wanneer nodig. Deze functie biedt veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid in het dagelijkse werk. Daarnaast zorgt de afwisseling in werkzaamheden ervoor dat het werk uitdagend blijft en je jezelf continu kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken bij een specialistische producent binnen de rubber- en kunststofindustrie in de omgeving van Apeldoorn. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige compounds voor uiteenlopende technische toepassingen binnen diverse internationale sectoren. Met een compacte en betrokken organisatie staat kwaliteit, vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal. Wie ben je? - Je bent gemotiveerd, praktisch ingesteld en vindt het leuk om nieuwe dingen te leren; - Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook prettig binnen een teamomgeving waarin collega’s elkaar ondersteunen; - Je spreekt Nederlands; - Ervaring in productie is een vereiste.
