Je krijgt goede begeleiding, werkt in een vast team en leert het vak op de werkvloer. Geen ploegendiensten, geen gedoe. Gewoon een goede baan waar je verder mee komt. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Je werkt in de dagdienst op een vaste productielocatie in Hardenberg. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie goed verloopt. Dat betekent: machines instellen, controleren of alles goed loopt en checken of het eindproduct voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen. Je krijgt duidelijke uitleg en goede begeleiding. Je werkt in een hecht team waar je snel je plek vindt. Geen ervaring? Geen probleem. Als je handig bent en graag werkt met je handen, leren we je het vak. Je hebt vaste werktijden, uitzicht op een vast contract en volop kans om door te groeien. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je gaat werken bij een toeleverancier die metalen onderdelen maakt voor bekende merken in o.a. De auto-, bouw- en verwarmingsindustrie. Een stabiel bedrijf met jarenlange ervaring en moderne machines. Er wordt geproduceerd op meerdere locaties in binnen- en buitenland. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een fulltime baan in dagdienst (ma t/m vr) - Startsalaris tussen €2.600 en €3.200 bruto per maand - Avonden en weekenden vrij - Reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling - Interne opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeikansen - Werken in een nette en veilige werkomgeving
