Wil jij werken in de techniek en ben je op zoek naar een vaste baan in dagdienst? Als productiemedewerker in Hardenberg werk je bij een groeiend technisch bedrijf. Je werkt 40 uur per week, van 07:15 tot 16:00. Mocht je in 2-ploegen willen werken dan is de mogelijkheid er ook! Je werkt op de afdeling Spoolbouw en hulpstukken. Hier maak je samen met collega’s onderdelen tot één geheel, vaak met technische tekeningen. Je krijgt de kans om nieuwe dingen te leren. Ervaring met het lezen van 2D-tekeningen is fijn, maar niet verplicht. Je werkt in een team waar samenwerken centraal staat.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je start samen met je collega’s en bespreekt de planning. Daarna ga je actief aan de slag met het bewerken en monteren van kunststof onderdelen. Je leest tekeningen, zet producten in elkaar en controleert of alles klopt. Je zorgt dat het werk netjes, veilig en volgens de regels gebeurt. Aan het einde van de dag kijk je samen naar de resultaten en help je mee aan een opgeruimde werkplek. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want je werkt aan verschillende producten en met diverse technieken.
