Voor een gespecialiseerd productiebedrijf in kunststofproducten voor de maritieme sector zoeken wij een productiemedewerker. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen en afwerken van kunststof fenders. Je werkt met verschillende materialen, mallen en productiemachines en zorgt ervoor dat ieder product voldoet aan de gestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen. Dit ga je doen Als productiemedewerker ben je betrokken bij het volledige productieproces: van de voorbereiding van materialen en mallen tot het vervaardigen, afwerken en verzendklaar maken van de eindproducten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het doornemen van productieopdrachten, technische tekeningen en werkinstructies. - Het controleren en voorbereiden van grondstoffen, materialen, mallen en gereedschappen. - Het reinigen, samenstellen en gereedmaken van mallen voor productie. - Het bedienen van meng- en gietinstallaties en andere productiemiddelen na instructie. - Het verwerken van polyurethaan en het gieten van kunststof fenders volgens de voorgeschreven procedures. - Het ontmallen, snijden, schuren, boren en assembleren van producten. - Het controleren van de afmetingen, aantallen, kwaliteit en afwerking van de eindproducten. - Het registreren van productiegegevens en kwaliteitscontroles. - Het verpakken, beschermen en gereedmaken van producten voor opslag of verzending. - Het schoon en veilig houden van je werkplek, machines, mallen en gereedschappen.
