De organisatie hecht veel waarde aan duurzaamheid en een prettige werksfeer Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker bestaat jouw takenpakket uit het volgende: - Je zorgt voor het veilig en efficiënt verplaatsen van stalen vaten en drums; - Je controleert de vaten op eventuele gebreken, zodat alleen producten van topkwaliteit de fabriek verlaten; - Je zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen soepel blijven draaien door gereed product op tijd naar de expeditie te brengen; - Je werkt volgens de geldende veiligheidsrichtlijnen en houdt je werkplek schoon en georganiseerd. Je werkt van maandag t/m vrijdag in een 2-ploegendienst. Week 1: 06:30 - 15:00 uur. Week 2: 15:00 - 23:30 uur. Functievereisten Wat verwachten wij van onze nieuwe productiemedewerker: - Je bent fysiek in orde en hebt geen moeite met fysieke werkzaamheden; - Je hebt geen probleem met het werken in een 2-ploegendienst; - Je vindt het leuk om in teamverband te werken. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Wat krijg je terug als productiemedewerker: - Een salaris van € 16,29 bruto per uur; - Een ploegentoeslag van 19%; - Een 13e maand die we per uur uitbetalen; - Reiskosten voor iedere kilometer; - Een vast contract bij goed functioneren.
