Dan hebben wij dé baan voor jou! Over het werk Als productiemedewerker op de deegafdeling speel jij een belangrijke rol in het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het deeg volgens de juiste receptuur wordt bereid en dat de productielijnen continu kunnen blijven draaien. Dankzij jouw kennis, nauwkeurigheid en gevoel voor deeg lever je iedere dag een bijdrage aan koekjes van topkwaliteit. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je start productielijnen op, stelt machines in en houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten. Je controleert of de kwaliteit van het deeg voldoet aan de gestelde eisen, bewaakt de instellingen van de machines en zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen op tijd worden aangevuld. Zie je dat iets afwijkt of beter kan? Dan onderneem je direct actie. Je schakelt met collega's van productie en kwaliteit om het proces optimaal te laten verlopen. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en ondersteun je bij product- en lijnproeven. Natuurlijk werk je volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen en zorg je samen met je collega's voor een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving. Ontstaat er een storing of onverwachte situatie? Dan blijf jij rustig, denk je in oplossingen en pak je door. Heb jij ervaring in de bakkerij of heb je affiniteit met het maken van deeg?
