Functieomschrijving: Als productiemedewerker help je mee bij het maken van hoogwaardige kunststofartikelen. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel in het team en zorgt dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je bedient de machines en stelt deze nauwkeurig in voor het beste resultaat. Daarnaast controleer je of de producten aan de gestelde eisen voldoen. Je vult grondstoffen tijdig aan zodat het productieproces ongestoord doorgaat. Ook ondersteun je bij het inpakken van de goederen voor transport naar klanten. Tijdens je werkzaamheden denk je actief mee over slimme manieren om het proces te verbeteren. Jouw inzet zorgt voor een vlekkeloze productie en een tevreden team.
