Voor een stabiel bedrijf binnen de farmaceutische sector zoeken we gemotiveerde productiemedewerkers die willen doorgroeien tot zelfstandig operator.

Ervaring als operator is niet het belangrijkste. Je krijgt eerst een opleiding op de werkvloer en leert stap voor stap de machines en productielijnen kennen. Na je opleidingsperiode krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen machine.

Wij bieden

Je komt terecht in ons gloednieuwe pand voorzien van alle laatste nieuwigheden. Wat mag je verder nog verwachten?

  • Je start met een uitgebreid opleidingstraject door jouw collega's. Zij nemen je mee in het reilen en zeilen van de afdeling en geven je concrete tips en tricks om je job goed te kunnen uitoefenen.
  • Aangezien je materiaal zal produceren voor de farmaceutische sector, kom je terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving.
  • Het gaat om een functie met optie op een vast contract, na een positieve evaluatie.
  • Salaris tussen €16 en €18 per uur, afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • €8 maaltijdcheques per gewerkte dag.

Wij vragen

  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken ( vroeg/ laat). Je werkt hierbij 38 uur per week. Dit betekent dat je op vrijdag steeds maar 6 uur dient te werken én dus vroeger aan je weekend kan beginnen!
  • Omwille van de sector waarin je zal werken hecht je veel belang aan nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsvol werken. Je volgt hierbij steeds strikt de aangegeven procedures en protocollen op.
  • Je geraakt vlot in Hoogstraten. Omwille van het ploegensysteem is het niet mogelijk om met het openbaar vervoer te komen.

Het bedrijf

Als operator kom je terecht in onze productieafdeling die verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling en productie van materialen voor de medische sector. Deze materialen worden geleverd aan diverse ziekenhuizen, wat betekent dat kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van het grootste belang zijn.
