Bij welk bedrijf ga je aan de slag als Productiemedewerker (2-ploegen) Als Productiemedewerker in regio Venlo kom je terecht bij een ervaren familiebedrijf dat al ruim 85 jaar reinigings- en onderhoudsmiddelen ontwikkelt en produceert. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne, geautomatiseerde afvullijnen en veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en ontwikkeling. De lijnen zijn kort, de ploegen zijn klein en collega's werken nauw met elkaar samen. Wat ga je doen als Productiemedewerker (2-ploegen) Als Productiemedewerker in regio Venlo werk je aan verschillende afvulmachines voor schoonmaakmiddelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machine op tijd wordt bijgevuld en verpakt de afgevulde eindproducten netjes in dozen. Vervolgens stapel je de dozen op een pallet. Is de pallet vol? Dan rijd je deze met een EPT weg en zet je een nieuwe pallet klaar. Daarnaast hou je de kwaliteit goed in de gaten. Je voert visuele controles uit op onder andere de etiketten en controleert of het eindproduct er netjes uitziet. Omdat je aan verschillende machines werkt, blijft je werk afwisselend en leer je het productieproces steeds beter kennen. Je krijgt bovendien ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Ken je na verloop van tijd de verschillende afvulmachines goed en laat je zien dat je technisch inzicht hebt? Dan bestaat de mogelijkheid om te leren hoe je een machine zelf instelt.
