The posting

Voor onze opdrachtgever in Farmsum (Delfzijl) zoeken wij een productiemedewerker die wil doorgroeien tot operator in de aluminiumsmelterij. Ervaring als operator is niet nodig: je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding en wordt stap voor stap ingewerkt. Het startsalaris is €3.029,30 bruto per maand, exclusief 19% ploegentoeslag. Wat ga je doen? Als productiemedewerker draai je mee in het productieproces van aluminium voorlegeringen. Je begint met het leren van de basis en wordt daarna ingewerkt op verschillende stations, zoals de ovens en de draadlijn. Zo groei je door tot volwaardig operator. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je graag op weg helpen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Meewerken aan het smelten en gieten van aluminium; - Bedienen van machines en installaties, zoals de ovens en de draadlijn; - Werken volgens vaste recepturen en werkinstructies; - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles; - Signaleren en melden van afwijkingen en storingen; - Netjes en veilig houden van je werkplek.

Waar ga je werken? Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal productiebedrijf dat aluminium voorlegeringen maakt. Deze worden wereldwijd gebruikt in onder andere de automotive- en luchtvaartsector. Je komt terecht in een stabiele organisatie met een prettige werksfeer, waar collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan en waar ruimte is om te leren en door te groeien. Wie ben je? - Bij voorkeur al ervaring in een productieomgeving, bijvoorbeeld als productiemedewerker, machinebediener of in een andere technische of praktische functie; - Je hebt interesse in techniek en werkt graag met je handen; - Je bent bereid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst; - Je woont in de omgeving van Delfzijl, Appingedam, Groningen, Winschoten of Veendam.

Wat mag je verwachten? - Een startsalaris van €3.029,30 bruto per maand, exclusief 19% ploegentoeslag en een SAO-toeslag van €88,63 per maand; - Een 13e maand, vakantiegeld en een jaarlijkse bonus, afhankelijk van het bedrijfsresultaa
