Voor een innovatief elektronicabedrijf in Neede zoeken wij enthousiaste Productiemedewerkers die willen bijdragen aan de productie van hoogwaardige elektronische componenten. Je werkt in een schone en moderne omgeving binnen een betrokken team waar samenwerken en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen? Als Productiemedewerker Elektronica zorg jij ervoor dat elektronische producten voldoen aan de hoge kwaliteitseisen van de klant. Je voert verschillende productiewerkzaamheden uit en werkt nauwkeurig met kleine onderdelen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:- Testen en controleren van printplaten en elektronische componenten; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Controleren van producten op eventuele afwijkingen; - Inpakken en verzendklaar maken van orders; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten in het productieproces; - Zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde werkplek.

Je werkt in een overzichtelijke 2-ploegendienst:- De ene week werk je van 06:00 tot 14:15 uur; - De andere week werk je van 14:15 tot 22:15 uur; - Tijdens de late dienst ben je op vrijdag al om 19:15 uur klaar, waardoor je extra vroeg aan je weekend begint.

Wat bieden we jou - Een bruto uurloon van €16,30, plus 14% ploegentoeslag; - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Fulltime functie van 39 uur per week in 2-ploegendienst; - Reiskostenvergoeding en mogelijkheid tot wekelijkse salarisuitbetaling; - 8,33% vakantiegeld en een schone, moderne werkomgeving; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden en een informele werksfeer met betrokken collega’s.
