Als productiemedewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je werkt samen met ongeveer twaalf collega's en zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen en eindproducten op de juiste manier worden verwerkt. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en teamwork spelen hierbij een grote rol. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Het ondersteunen van verschillende werkzaamheden binnen de productie.

• Het verwerken, verplaatsen en gereedmaken van grondstoffen en eindproducten.

• Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op materialen en producten.

• Het zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek.

• Het samenwerken met collega's om het productieproces efficiënt te laten verlopen. Dit is een fysieke functie waarbij je regelmatig zakken en verpakkingen tot ongeveer 20 kilo tilt of verplaatst. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je graag lichamelijk werk verricht. Laat je zien dat je gemotiveerd bent en snel nieuwe werkzaamheden oppakt? Dan kun je doorgroeien naar de functie van verfmenger. In deze rol leer je hoe grondstoffen volgens recepturen worden gemengd tot kwalitatieve eindproducten.

Functie-eisen: Je bent een gemotiveerde medewerker die graag actief bezig is en het leuk vindt om samen te werken. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.

• Je hebt een praktische instelling en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.

• Je bent fysiek fit en kunt zwaarder werk uitvoeren.

• Je beschikt over eigen vervoer naar Meerkerk.

• Je werkt graag samen met collega's.

Heb je een heftruckcertificaat? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen, maar het is geen vereiste.
