Productiemedewerker Tussen €3.244 en €3.301 Per maand Beschrijving Ben jij technisch ingesteld en zoek je een baan waar je écht het verschil kunt maken? Wij zoeken een Operator die het team in een kleinschalige en gezellige werkomgeving komt versterken. Hier werk je met fijne collega's en heerst een goede sfeer. Als Operator zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt. Je bereidt de producties voor, houdt de machines draaiende en lost storingen op. Daarnaast controleer en stel je indien nodig snelheden, temperaturen, doseringen en materialen bij, zodat het eindproduct altijd aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen voldoet. Voor jouw inzet ontvang je een salaris tussen €3.357 en €4.105 bruto per maand (incl. Ploegentoeslag), een eindejaarsuitkering en volop doorgroeimogelijkheden. Klinkt dit als jouw ideale baan? Dit ga je doen - Instrueren en aansturen van medewerkers tijdens jouw shift; - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles; - Afstellen van de productielijn, zorgen voor de benodigde materialen en reinigen van machines (of laten reinigen); - Oplossen van dagelijkse problemen of escaleren naar de supervisor; - Het handhaven van een schone en veilige werkplek. Je bent in het bezit van - Relevante werkervaring in een voedselomgeving (pré); - Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent resultaatgericht; - Je bent een teamspeler en spreekt de Engelse en/of Nederlandse taal; - Je bent bereid om in een 3 ploegendienst te werken. - Een hecht team waarin je je snel thuis zult voelen; - Een concurrerend salaris vanaf €3.357 tot €4.105 bruto per maand incl ploegentoeslag; - Eindejaar bonus, reiskostenvergoeding en een goede pensioenregeling; - Stabiliteit en zekerheid binnen een prettige werkomgeving; - Een gevarieerde en uitdagende functie; - De kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen het bedrijf.
