Dan is deze job als productiemedewerker fijne montage in Oostkamp het bekijken waard.

Je komt terecht in een technisch productiebedrijf waar elektronische onderdelen en eindproducten worden gemonteerd voor radar- en communicatiesystemen. Dat vraagt precisie, concentratie en verantwoordelijkheidszin. Geen zwaar productiewerk, wel fijn werk waarbij je aandacht er echt bij moet blijven.

Als productiemedewerker fijne montage monteer je kleine elektronische onderdelen of eindproducten volgens duidelijke instructies. Je werkt zorgvuldig en zorgt mee dat elk product voldoet aan de gevraagde kwaliteitseisen.

Je werkt in een team, maar jouw eigen nauwkeurigheid maakt wel degelijk verschil. Een klein onderdeel verkeerd plaatsen kan later grote gevolgen hebben. Geen druk hoor. Gewoon genoeg reden om je koffie niet boven het werkstuk te zetten.

Je hoeft geen specifiek diploma te hebben. Wat vooral telt, is dat je graag bijleert, geconcentreerd kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor wat je aflevert. Ervaring met planlezen of het nauwkeurig monteren van kleine onderdelen is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.

Je werkt in dagwerk, van maandag tot vrijdag, binnen een 39 urenweek. Je start op interimbasis met optie vast.
