Als Productiemedewerker Food verpak je grondstoffen en eindproducten en controleer je de kwaliteit tijdens het productieproces. Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is niet nodig: je krijgt duidelijke begeleiding en volop ruimte om te leren. Als Productiemedewerker Food help je bij het verpakken van grondstoffen en eindproducten. Je werkt met je handen én met machines en volgt daarbij de productieplanning en werkinstructies. Tijdens het werk controleer je de kwaliteit en houd je goed in de gaten of de productielijn goed blijft draaien. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat iedere productieopdracht op tijd en volgens de juiste kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsregels wordt afgerond. Dit ga je doen: - Je verpakt grondstoffen en eindproducten handmatig en met behulp van machines - Je controleert de kwaliteit van producten en verpakkingen en registreert de benodigde productiegegevens - Je signaleert problemen aan de productielijn en lost deze waar mogelijk zelf op of schakelt de Machine Operator of Teamleider in - Je houdt je werkplek en machines schoon en werkt volgens de veiligheids-, HACCP- en FSSC-richtlijnen - Je zorgt bij een dienstwissel voor een duidelijke overdracht en wisselt werkzaamheden af met collega's Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationaal familiebedrijf dat staat voor puur, eerlijk en biologisch eten. Het grootste deel van het brede assortiment is plantaardig en vegan. Kwaliteit, eerlijke herkomst en aandacht voor mens en milieu staan centraal.
