Wat je gaat doen Als productiemedewerker werk je mee op de productievloer. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces goed verloopt en de kaas netjes en volgens de kwaliteitseisen wordt verwerkt.Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:- Verpakken van kaas; - Ondersteunen bij het snijden en verwerken van kaas; - Bedienen en controleren van machines; - Controleren van het productieproces; - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles; - Melden van afwijkingen en storingen; - Schoon en netjes houden van je werkplek; - Samenwerken met collega’s op de productievloer.

Werktijden 3-ploegen: - Ochtend: 06:00-14:00 - Middag: 14:00-22:00 - Avond: 22:00-06:00

Wat we je bieden - €3.350 bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag; - Fulltime baan in 3-ploegendienst; - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 5% eindejaarsuitkering; - €0,23 kilometervergoeding, tot maximaal €13,80 per dag; - Mogelijkheid om trainingen te volgen; - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien; - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens het principe van gelijkwaardige beloning.

Functie-eisen Voor deze functie als productiemedewerker is ervaring in de productie mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk. Een goede werkhouding en motivatie vinden we belangrijker. Verder:- Ben je fulltime beschikbaar voor 3-ploegen; - Kun je zelfstandig naar Wolvega komen; - Werk je nauwkeurig; - Vind je veiligheid en kwaliteit belangrijk; - Werk je graag samen met collega’s; - Ben je gemotiveerd om in de productie te werken.
