Productiemedewerker - Vroege Ploeg

Ben jij een enthousiaste productiemedewerker met een passie voor de foodindustrie? Wil je werken in een dynamische omgeving in Aalter, waar je elke dag bijdraagt aan de productie van hoogwaardige vleesproducten? Dan is deze functie bij Meat&More perfect voor jou!

In deze rol ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van het productieproces op jouw afdeling. Je leert de werking van één of meerdere machines grondig kennen en weet hoe je deze moet bedienen. Bij storingen grijp je in en zorg je ervoor dat de verpakkingsfolie correct wordt aangebracht. Je staat er niet alleen voor! Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's die je begeleiden en rapporteert aan je lijnverantwoordelijke. Daarnaast voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit op de producten en hecht je veel belang aan hygiëne. Ook volg je de veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt op.

  • Ben jij bereid om nieuwe technieken en processen te leren en toe te passen?
  • Heb je een grote interesse in het werken met verse producten en streef je naar uitmuntende kwaliteitsnormen?
  • Kun je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt functioneren en samenwerken?
