Ben jij technisch onderlegd en klaar voor een stap in de 3-ploegen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in Emmen.

Wat ga je doen? Als operator bij Resideo in Emmen werk je in een moderne productieomgeving waar aluminium onderdelen worden geproduceerd voor slimme toepassingen zoals thermostaten en energiemeters. Je werkt op een eigen werkstation en leert stap voor stap hoe je machines bedient, controleert en kleine storingen oplost.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Bedienen en controleren van productiemachines;

• Uitvoeren van handmatige nabewerkingen;

• Sorteren en controleren van producten;

• Bijhouden van productiegegevens;

• Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen;

• Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst. Wat inhoudt dat je 1 week ochtenddienst, 1 week middagdiensten 1 week nachtdiensten werkt. Elke dienst duurt 8 uur, waarvan 1 uur betaalde pauze is. Wil je jezelf ontwikkelen? Dan zijn er volop doorgroeimogelijkheden naar functies zoals ovenist, inspecteur of ploegleider.
