Als productiemedewerker in onze grafische sector speel je een essentiële rol in het afwerkingsproces van drukwerk. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat alle producten op maat van de klant worden geleverd. Je werkt met verschillende machines en bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanleveren van rollen, het instellen en bedienen van de machines, en het oplossen van kleine storingen. Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van het drukwerk en het productieproces, en springt bij waar nodig.

Een typische dag als productiemedewerker begint met een briefing over de opdrachten van de dag. Je start met het aanleveren van de rollen die tot 20 kg kunnen wegen, dus je fysieke conditie moet op peil zijn. Je stelt de machines in en houdt ze nauwlettend in de gaten tijdens het productieproces. Kwaliteitscontrole is cruciaal, en je zorgt ervoor dat elk eindproduct voldoet aan de standaarden van de klant.
