Je vult en verplaatst zakken met grondstoffen, werkt in ploegendienst en krijgt volop groeimogelijkheden. Interesse? Lees verder en ontdek of dit bij jou past. Omschrijving Als productiemedewerker in Heerewaarden werk je aan het verwerken en verpakken van grondstoffen. Je vult zakken, plaatst deze in karren en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor het verdere productieproces. Ook help je bij andere taken als een productielijn even stil staat. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en zorgt dat je werkplek altijd schoon en veilig is. Op een gemiddelde werkdag begin je met het vullen van zakken van 2,5 kg. Je verplaatst deze zakken, plaatst ze in karren en vult deze efficiënt met 84 tot 98 zakken. Daarnaast kan het voorkomen dat je logistieke werkzaamheden oppakt of in een andere productiehal bijspringt als de productie daarom vraagt. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt samen met je team dat alles soepel verloopt. De eerste week start je in dagdienst zodat je rustig kunt wennen aan het werk en je collega's. Daarna ga je werken in een 2-ploegensysteem: ochtendploeg van 06:00 tot 14:00 uur en middag-/avondploeg van 14:00 tot 22:00 uur.
