Als productiemedewerker in Hulshout speel je een centrale rol in het productieproces. Je verwerkt dierlijke eiwitten en zorgt voor de correcte werking van de productielijn. Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitscontrole en het registreren van productiegegevens. Je werkt steeds volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt bij aan een vlotte workflow.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met een ploegoverdracht. Je stelt de machines in, controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde goederen en registreert alles nauwkeurig. Je lost kleine storingen op en communiceert vlot met je collega's om de productie vlot te laten verlopen. Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen zijn belangrijk, want je werkt in een 3-ploegensysteem van maandag tot zaterdagnamiddag.
