The posting

Als fulltime productiemedewerker ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het product. Samen met het team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, produceren, verwerken en inpakken van hoogwaardige deegwaren. Hygiëne staat bij het bedrijf voorop. Om de kwaliteit te waarborgen wordt het product regelmatig gecontroleerd voordat alles naar de klant gaat. Met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de productielijn continu draaiende blijft.

Stap voor stap word je ingewerkt in alle onderdelen van de productie. Denk hierbij aan het instellen en bedienen van de machines, bijvullen van het verpakkingsmateriaal maar ook het controleren van de kwaliteit. Dit maakt zowel het werk leuker en afwisselender en zorgt er ook voor dat je echt als team met elkaar aan de slag gaat. Bij de werkzaamheden horen ook bij dat je zware zakken van max 25 kilo met meel/bloem etc moet tillen. Het is dus van belang dat je zwaar kan tillen. Daarnaast is cijfermatig inzicht een pre, je gaat namelijk het meel/bloem afwegen. De werktijden van de ploegendiensten zijn flexibel en afhankelijk van productie. Het kan voor komen dat je eerder moet beginnen vanwege de aanlevering van grondstoffen.

Er is geen openbaar vervoer op de tijden dat er gewerkt wordt. Daarom is het handig dat je in de buurt van Agriport A7 woont en daar met eigen vervoer kan komen. Het bedrijf is gevestigd op het industrieterrein en goed bereikbaar met de fiets, scooter en de auto.
