Als Productiemedewerker Keuken werk je met recepten en zorg je ervoor dat alle ingrediënten en materialen klaarstaan voor de productie. Je weegt grondstoffen af, bereidt recepten voor en houdt overzicht in de keuken. Met jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel, schoon en veilig verloopt. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan een kwalitatief goed eindproduct.

Dit ga je doen:- Afwegen van ingrediënten en voorbereiden van recepten - Klaarzetten van materialen en apparatuur voor de productie - Controleren van de kwaliteit van producten en grondstoffen - Werken volgens HACCP- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen - Zorgen voor een schone, nette en georganiseerde werkplek
