Als productiemedewerker in de keuken draag je elke dag bij aan het volledige productieproces binnen jouw afdeling. Je leert verschillende machines bedienen en zorgt dat alles vlot draait. Ook het correct aanbrengen van verpakkingsfolie en het ingrijpen bij storingen behoren tot je taken.

Je dag start in één van de twee ploegen: ofwel vroeg in de ochtend, ofwel later op de dag. Je werkt samen met enthousiaste collega’s en rapporteert aan je lijnverantwoordelijke. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en volgt de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt op. Variatie in producten en taken houdt je werk boeiend.

  • Je werkt graag in een tweeploegensysteem (5.30–14.30 / 11.45–20.00)
  • Je hebt een diploma lager secundair, hoger secundair, graduaat of professionele bachelor, BSO, TSO of ASO
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in productie, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn belangrijker dan ervaring
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt graag samen
  • Je bent flexibel en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
