Wat bieden wij jou - Een salaris van €16,37 per uur - Donderdag = scoor alle koekjes voor €1,- per pak 🤩 - Toeslag: 38%-39% in de avond 50% in het weekend - Doorgroeimogelijkheden tot o.a. operator! - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 - Werken voor een #baanrader! Collega's geven een 8+

Wie ben jij Om de koekjesfabriek draaiende te houden, voldoe je als productiemedewerker aan de volgende eisen:

- Je bent twee of drie ploegen inzetbaar - Je bent van maandag tot en met vrijdag beschikbaar - Je bent bereid om in Oosterhout te werken - Je beschikt over eigen vervoer - Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels - Je bent bereid om sieraden en piercings uit te doen tijdens het werken - Je bent bereid om ingepland te worden voor reservediensten - Je bent 24 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar

Wat ga je doen Klaar voor een baan waar het altijd lekker ruikt naar versgebakken koekjes? 🍪 Als productiemedewerker bij Merba begin je op de inpakafdeling. Samen met je collega's pak je alle koekjes in. Zo zijn ze zeker op tijd voor verzending! De ene doos na de andere rolt over de band heen. Lekker actief dus!

Heb je het inpakken onder de knie? Dan kun je doorgroeien naar andere afdelingen! Denk aan het bakken van de koekjes, mengen van deeg of het bedienen van machines. Zo leer je elke dag wat nieuws. En je werk blijft lekker afwisselend! Vandaag voeg je stukjes chocolade toe aan het deeg. Morgen houd je de machines draaiende! Je staat nooit stil als productiemedewerker. 🚀
