Solliciteer dan op deze leuke functie Wat ga jij doen? - Aansturen van het team, met alle bijbehorende gesprekken (functioneringsgesprekken, e.d.); - Te woord staan van klanten; - Verzorgen van de algehele planning; - Maken en verwerken van de werkorders; - Maken van reparatieoffertes; - Afhandelen van garantie; - Uitzoeken van werkzaamheden en (moeilijke) casussen; - Inplannen vast onderhoud vanuit het onderhoudsplan; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van de productie; - Uitzoeken van specifieke onderdelen (die niet in voorraad zijn); - Overleg met directie; - Afstemming (met leidinggevenden) van interne afdelingen. Wie ben jij? - Een 9 tot 5 mentaliteit is jou onbekend; - Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je kan leidinggeven en een goede planning schetsen; - Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Je neemt graag initiatief en steek graag je handen uit de mouwen; - Je hebt goede contactuele eigenschappen; - Je bent goed in organiseren, plannen en gestructureerd werken.
