Ben jij graag praktisch bezig en werk je het liefst in een moderne productieomgeving? Voor een innovatieve organisatie binnen de kunststofverwerking zijn wij op zoek naar een Productiemedewerker Kunststof. In deze functie draag je dagelijks bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige kunststofproducten die worden toegepast in uiteenlopende sectoren. Je werkt samen met collega's aan een soepel productieproces waarbij kwaliteit en precisie vooropstaan. Wat ga je doen? Als Productiemedewerker Kunststof ben je betrokken bij verschillende onderdelen van het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines correct functioneren, producten aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoen en de werkplek veilig en overzichtelijk blijft. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Het bedienen en controleren van productiemachines. Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op eindproducten. Het afwerken, verpakken en gereedmaken van producten voor verzending. Het signaleren van afwijkingen en melden van technische problemen. Het aanvullen van grondstoffen en hulpmiddelen. Het ondersteunen van collega's bij diverse productiewerkzaamheden. Wat kun jij? Voor deze functie zoeken wij een gemotiveerde kandidaat die graag in een productieomgeving werkt en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt. Daarnaast vragen wij: Technisch inzicht of affiniteit met productieprocessen. Een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding. Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor veiligheid. Bereidheid om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren. Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré, maar geen vereiste. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Wat krijg je? Werktijden van 07.00 uur tot 15.30 uur (op vrijdag tot 15.10 uur) De opdrachtgever is een moderne producent van kunststofproducten en levert maatwerkoplossingen aan diverse industrieën. Met behulp van geavanceerde productietechnieken worden dagelijks kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten vervaardigd. Innovatie, duurzaamheid en continue verbetering vormen belangrijke pijlers binnen de organisatie. Medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om zich verder te ontwikkelen en actief mee te denken over procesverbeteringen.
