Voor onze klant met een groeiend familiebedrijf dat zich al jaren specialiseert in het uitbenen en versnijden van varkenshammen op maat van de klant. Dankzij een moderne infrastructuur en een volledig geïntegreerd ERP-systeem kunnen wij onze klanten kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en volledige traceerbaarheid garanderen.

Ze zijn op zoek naar een kwaliteits- en productiemedewerker. Quality (75%) · Klachtenopvolging en -preventie Je onderzoekt klantenklachten, voert gerichte controles uit en zet actief in op het voorkomen van klachten. · Opvolging van kwaliteitsdocumenten Je ziet toe op de correcte invulling van registratieformulieren en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je voert controles uit en verzorgt opleidingen op de werkvloer over o.a. CCP's en klachtenprocedures. · Hygiëne en voedselveiligheid Je controleert de reiniging van machines en infrastructuur, persoonlijke hygiëne van medewerkers, en neemt microbiologische stalen. Production (25%) · Je volgt nieuwe producten en leveringen op in productie, staat in voor rendementen en voert testen uit zoals PSE-controles. · Je helpt mee aan een duurzaam productieproces: afvalstromen beperken, opvolging, opleiding,...

Een diploma in een relevante richting (bachelor voedingsmiddelentechnologie, bio-ingenieur,...) of gelijkwaardige ervaring; Ervaring is een pluspunt!

· Kennis van HACCP, voedselveiligheid en hygiëneregels is een must · Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en kan goed communiceren met verschillende afdelingen; · Je durft initiatief te nemen, werkt zelfstandig en bent tegelijk een teamspeler; · Je bent bereid om regelmatig aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer en actief betrokken te zijn bij verbeterprocessen.
