Productiemedewerker mengerij gezocht in Genemuiden! Werk in een informeel team, leer het vak in een grote productiehal en krijg volop kansen om door te groeien. Functieomschrijving Als productiemedewerker mengerij in Genemuiden werk je in een grote productiehal waar tapijt en textiele vloeroplossingen worden gemaakt. Je start je dag samen met je team en de ploegleider met een kop koffie. Tijdens je dienst ben je als productiemedewerker mengerij verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van verschillende machines in de mengerij. Je zorgt ervoor dat balen textiel in de balenbreekmachine gaan, waarna de vezels via de mengkamer bij de naaldviltmachine terechtkomen om gecombineerd te worden. Je werkt in een 4-ploegendienst (00:00-06:00, 06:00-15:00, 15:00-00:00) en op zaterdag wordt er ook gewerkt. Je werkt meestal met een vast team van 10 collega’s, maar springt soms bij in een ander team als dat nodig is. Pauzes zijn flexibel: als de machine soepel loopt kun je zelf even een eet- of plaspauze nemen. Aan het einde van de dag bespreek je met het team en de ploegleider hoe het is gegaan. Na een inwerkperiode van 2 tot 3 maanden kun je zelfstandig aan de slag als productiemedewerker mengerij. Je krijgt volop afwisseling en werkt in een organisatie waar iedereen elkaar helpt en het teamgevoel sterk is.
