Jouw rol: Als productiemedewerker speel jij een sleutelrol in het productieproces van innovatieve coatings. Jij zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen correct worden afgewogen, gemengd en afgewerkt tot een hoogwaardig eindproduct. Je houdt je aan duidelijke procedures voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Wat doe je op een werkdag?

  • Afwegen en toevoegen van grondstoffen volgens recept
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van de menginstallatie
  • Controleren van temperatuur, tijd en mengwijze
  • Stalen nemen voor kwaliteitscontrole
  • Registreren van testresultaten en productiegegevens
  • Afvullen, verpakken en etiketteren van het product (tot 20 kg)
  • Plaatsen van verpakkingen op pallets
  • Reinigen van machines en werkposten
  • Werken met de heftruck
  • Allround ondersteuning in de productie
  • Mogelijk producten ophalen met de wagen

  • Je hebt een stabiele ervaring in productie en kan zeer zelfstandig werken
  • Ervaring met verf, coatings, chemische producten of mengen is mooi meegenomen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens procedures en instructies
  • Fysiek in staat om verpakkingen van 20 kg te tillen
  • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om occasioneel naar Brussel te rijden
  • Je hebt een heftruckattest en ervaring
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Engels
  • Beschikbaar en gemotiveerd voor een langdurige samenwerking in een klein team
  • Je bent iemand die initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijk, want je zal grotendeels alleen werken
