Productiemedewerker Metaal 38 - 40 uur per week €2.600 Per maand Beschrijving Wat je gaat doen Je begint je werkdag op de persafdeling. Samen met je collega's bespreek je wat er geproduceerd moet worden en daarna ga je aan de slag. De materialen worden aangevoerd, de pers draait en jij houdt het proces goed in de gaten. Als productiemedewerker metaal werk je met één of meerdere persen waarmee metalen producten worden gemaakt. Je zorgt dat de productie blijft doorlopen, controleert het resultaat en grijpt in wanneer je een afwijking ziet. Aan het einde van het proces heb je iets tastbaars voor je liggen: een metalen product waar jij zelf aan hebt gewerkt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen van één of meerdere persen; - Aanvoeren en verwerken van materialen; - Afnemen van geperste metalen producten; - Controleren van producten op kwaliteit; - Verpakken van producten in dozen en kratten. Heb je al ervaring binnen de productie, metaalbewerking of als persbediener? Dan kun je die kennis hier goed gebruiken. Heb je die specifieke ervaring nog niet, maar ben je technisch ingesteld en wil je het vak leren? Dan word je stap voor stap ingewerkt door ervaren collega's. Je leert hoe de persen werken, waar je tijdens het productieproces op moet letten en hoe je de kwaliteit controleert. Zo krijg je steeds meer kennis en kun je uiteindelijk zelfstandig aan de slag. Je kunt binnen deze functie werken in dagdienst of in een 2-ploegendienst. De werktijden zijn: - Vroege dienst van 06.00 tot 14.30 uur; - Late dienst van 14.30 tot 23.00 uur; - Dagdienst van 07.30 tot 16.30 uur. Wat we je bieden Je krijgt de kans om een technisch vak in de praktijk te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de metaalproductie.
