Vacaturebeschrijving Wil jij een technisch vak leren en doorgroeien binnen de metaal? Als Productiemedewerker in Venray werk je met moderne CNC-machines en verdien je tot € 19,45 bruto per uur inclusief toeslagen. Je werkt in een vaste 2-ploegendienst, krijgt een goed inwerktraject en kunt jezelf ontwikkelen richting bijvoorbeeld kwaliteitscontrole, insteller of teamleider. Over de functieAls Productiemedewerker werk je met metalen onderdelen en moderne machines. Je zorgt dat de productie soepel verloopt, controleert het werk en leert steeds meer over het productieproces. Je hoeft dus geen ervaren metaalbewerker te zijn; technische affiniteit en de motivatie om het vak te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderdelen in- en uitnemen bij CNC-machines; - Producten controleren met meetgereedschap; - Slijpen en ontbramen van onderdelen; - Afwijkingen signaleren en melden.

Je werkt als Productiemedewerker van maandag tot en met vrijdag in een vaste 2-ploegendienst. De ene week werk je van 06:00 tot 14:30 uur en de andere week van 14:30 tot 23:00 uur. Op vrijdag werk je een kortere dienst. Wat wij bieden- Een salaris van € 17,36 tot € 19,45 bruto per uur inclusief toeslagen; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer vanaf 10km enkele reis; - 27 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; - Werken binnen een internationale organisatie met moderne productietechniek; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar functies zoals kwaliteitscontrole, insteller of teamleider; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren.

Wat wij vragen- Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Duitse en/of Engelse taal; - Je hebt ervaring in de metaal of productie óf hebt affiniteit met techniek; - Je bent gemotiveerd om met machines en meetgereedschap te leren werken.
