Wat ga je doen? Ben jij technisch ingesteld en werk je graag met metaal? Voor een opdrachtgever in Heel zijn wij op zoek naar een productiemedewerker metaal die het machinepark wil bedienen en verder wil doorgroeien binnen een hecht en vakgericht team. Als productiemedewerker metaal ben jij onmisbaar in het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machines goed ingesteld zijn, grijpt in bij storingen en werkt ook zelf met de hand mee aan het eindproduct. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, en wordt goed ingewerkt door een ervaren collega. Binnen dit bedrijf werken ze met handbediende machines, enkele hebben een PLC besturing. Jouw werkzaamheden op een rij: - Instellen en bedienen van metaalbewerkingsmachines; - Ombouwen van machines en oplossen van storingen; - Uitvoeren van laswerk en andere handmatige productiewerkzaamheden; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.

Het betreft een fulltime baan in dagdienst (38 uur) waarbij je op de vrijdag middag vanaf 11:45 vrij bent, lekker vroeg weekend dus! Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken bij een van onze opdrachtgevers in de omgeving van Roermond. Het bedrijf is een productiebedrijf dat metalen transportbanden produceert voor de industrie. Je komt terecht binnen een hechte organisatie, iedereen kent elkaar en er worden jaarlijks diverse uitjes georganiseerd. Elke week hebben zij één keer in de week een soepmiddag, waar verse soep klaarstaat voor je. Als nieuwkomer zal jij meteen part of the team zijn! Daarnaast kom je te werken in een schone productieomgeving. Je komt terecht op een fijne werkplek met aandacht voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling, je wordt goed ingewerkt door een directe ervaren collega die de tijd voor jou neemt, de eerste maanden zal je veel met hem meelopen om zo alle ins en outs van het vak te leren.
