The posting

Als Productiemedewerker Metaal in Maastricht ben je op de werkvloer verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen en verwerken van diverse typen warmtewisselaars (zoals DX-koelers en condensorbatterijen). Je leest de technische tekeningen, stelt de expandeermachine correct in en spant de materialen zelfstandig in na nauwkeurige metingen. Samen met een collega bouw je de warmtewisselaars op volgens de geometrische maatvoering. Vervolgens voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en draag je zorg voor het onderhoud van de machines en gereedschappen.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

• Zelfstandig lezen, begrijpen en toepassen van technische tekeningen en specificaties; • Instellen, bedienen, ombouwen en onderhouden van de geavanceerde expandeermachine; • Nauwkeurig nameten van te expanderen warmtewisselaars en deze correct inspannen; • Samen met een collega compleet opbouwen en assembleren van warmtewisselaars; • Uitvoeren van strenge kwaliteitscontroles op de gebouwde eindproducten en maatvoering; • Vakkundig onderhouden en beheren van het gebruikte hand- en machinegereedschap; • Schoon, overzichtelijk en veilig houden van de eigen werkplek en de productieruimte; • Prettig en nauw samenwerken met je collega's om het productieproces gestroomlijnd te laten verlopen.
