Technisch handig en graag bezig met montage en assemblage? Als productiemedewerker montage bouw je ventilatieproducten op uit verschillende onderdelen en werk je ook met elektronische componenten. Je werkt in vaste daguren en volgt duidelijke montageplannen en werkinstructies.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een technisch productiebedrijf in Veurne. Je monteert verschillende ventilatieproducten van losse onderdelen tot een afgewerkt en getest product.

• Je monteert en assembleert ventilatieroosters en ventilatiesystemen

• Je klikt onderdelen uit aluminium en PVC samen

• Je schroeft verschillende componenten vast

• Je monteert elektronische onderdelen en sturingen

• Je test sturingen, systemen en elektronische bedieningen

• Je leest technische tekeningen, montageplannen en werkinstructies

• Je controleert of het afgewerkte product correct gemonteerd is

• Je verpakt producten en maakt ze klaar voor verzending

• Je houdt je werkplek ordelijk en veilig

• Je rapporteert regelmatig aan de teamverantwoordelijke

Het gaat om nauwkeurig montagewerk. Tempo speelt mee, maar een product dat snel gemonteerd is en technisch niet klopt, daar heeft niemand iets aan. Kwaliteit blijft dus belangrijk.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een technische achtergrond of ervaring binnen productie

• Je kunt technische tekeningen en montageplannen lezen

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken en functioneert ook goed binnen een team

• Je houdt je werkplek ordelijk en veilig

• Je kunt flexibel schakelen wanneer bestellingen tijdig afgewerkt moeten worden

• Ervaring binnen metaalproductie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
