Als Productiemedewerker Montage / Logistiek ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en ambitieus bedrijf dat zich specialiseert in maatwerk voor nationale en internationale klanten. Seriewerk is hier niet aan de orde: elk project is anders.

Je staat voornamelijk in voor de montage en het zorgvuldig verpakken van stalen constructies, zoals poorten, hekwerk en speedgates. Daarnaast ondersteun je mee bij de logistieke werkzaamheden.

  • Monteren en assembleren van op maat gemaakte stalen constructies.
  • Plaatsen van verschillende montageonderdelen en uitvoeren van de eindafwerking, onder andere met hout en aluminium.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen.
  • Zorgvuldig verpakken van afgewerkte producten om transportschade te voorkomen.
  • Laden van vrachtwagens met behulp van een heftruck en rolbrug.
  • Uitvoeren van een kwaliteitscontrole op de coating en het afgewerkte product.
  • Problemen of afwijkingen tijdens de montage en het inpakwerk signaleren en rapporteren.
  • Meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen en constructief feedback geven.
  • Correct en veilig werken met machines en gereedschappen, zoals een zaagmachine, boormachine, heftruck en takel.
  • Instaan voor het ordelijk houden van de werkzone en het uitvoeren van basisonderhoud aan gereedschappen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en de instructies van de verantwoordelijke montage/logistiek opvolgen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke montage/logistiek.

  • Je beschikt over een goede technische basis en kan technische plannen lezen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bent technisch en praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag met je handen.
  • Je bent handig en hebt een goede fijne en grove motoriek.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en veiligheidsbewust.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je bent flexibel en leergierig.
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch over te werken.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
