Productiemedewerker / Monteur (M/V)

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Jouw taken:

  • Verzamelen van onderdelen en voorbereiden voor montage (onderdelen, basisonderdelen, beveiligingen, etc.);
  • Mechanische montage en afstelling van machines, inclusief subassemblage van bijvoorbeeld kabelbomen;
  • Test- en afwerkingswerk: zorgen dat de machine 100% functioneert en voldoet aan onze kwaliteitsnormen;
  • Machine volledig klaarmaken voor verpakking en levering;
  • Signaleren van problemen in de assemblage (uitlijning, pasvorm, afwerking) en zelfstandig oplossingen zoeken;
  • Meedenken over procesverbetering: hoe we onderdelen, montageflows of tools kunnen optimaliseren;
  • Samenwerken met collega’s, verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je orders en zorgen dat je werk op tijd en correct klaar is.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Technische basis: gevoel voor mechanica; ervaring is een plus, maar niet verplicht;
  • Nauwkeurigheid, concentratie, werkijver en zin om initiatief te nemen;
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen hebben;
  • Teamspeler, maar ook zelfstandig werken;
  • Interesse in techniek ook buiten werkuren (hobby’s zoals sleutelen, brommers, auto’s, modelbouw, etc.) is een grote meerwaarde;
  • Kennis van hydrauliek,
  • Bereidheid om te leren: we verzorgen interne opleiding zodat je volledig thuis raakt in onze machines en werkwijzen.
