  • U handelt altijd met een scherp oog voor zowel productkwaliteit als veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Betrouwbaarheid & Flexibiliteit

  • U bent betrouwbaar en komt uw afspraken stipt na. Collega's kunnen blindelings op u vertrouwen.
  • U bent een kei in planning, maar schakelt moeiteloos bij veranderende prioriteiten. Flexibiliteit in taken, werkplek en uurrooster (ploegensysteem: vroege en late shift) is vereist.

Communicatie & Ervaring

  • U bent een vlotte teamspeler en communicator die kennis deelt en bijdraagt aan een positieve werksfeer.
  • U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels om te communiceren binnen ons internationale productiekader.
  • U kunt een positieve referentie voorleggen van een vorige werkgever.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar stabiele productie-ervaring (binnen eenzelfde bedrijf).
  • Bereidheid om in een lawaaierige omgeving te werken (oordoppen worden voorzien).

Als Deegmaker bent je de spil in de opstartfase en de bewaker van onze productkwaliteit.

Jouw taken omvatten:

I. Deegbereiding en Procescontrole

  • Deegproductie: Nauwkeurig afwegen, mengen en mixen van alle grondstoffen volgens vaste, gestandaardiseerde recepturen.
  • Gewichtsmonitoring: Nauwgezet controleren en registreren van het gewicht van de deegporties om volledige consistentie te garanderen.
  • Kritische Checks: Controleren van cruciale punten in het proces (zoals zeefinstallaties en koelceltemperaturen) om procesfouten proactief te voorkomen.
  • Logistieke Ondersteuning: Tijdig aanvullen van grondstoffen en meewerken aan een georganiseerde, gestroomlijnde werkplek.

II. Kwaliteit en Hygiëne

  • Kwaliteitsborging: Continu visuele controles uitvoeren op grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten; afgekeurde producten onmiddellijk uit het proces verwijderen.
  • Hygiëne: Reinigen van de werkzone en machines volgens de strikte hygiëne- en HACCP-richtlijnen.

III. Administratie

  • Verzorgen van een correcte en volledige administratie door het nauwkeurig invullen van alle recept-, kwaliteitscontrole- en reinigingsfiches.
