Functieomschrijving: Als productiemedewerker ben jij de motor achter het proces. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat de productie vlekkeloos verloopt. Je stelt machines in en houdt de lijnen nauwkeurig in de gaten.

Zie je een afwijking in het proces? Dan grijp je direct in om de kwaliteit te waarborgen. Kleine technische storingen los je zelf op. Wanneer nodig overleg je met de technische dienst. Daarnaast verplaats je producten met de heftruck door de fabriek. Ook het handmatig verzetten van materialen hoort bij je dagelijkse taken. Tot slot houd je de werkvloer netjes en veilig voor iedereen.
