Tijdens het oogstseizoen zorg jij er samen met jouw collega's voor dat de vers geoogste kool van het land de fabriek in gaat. Afwisselend werk, een hecht team en iedere dag zichtbaar resultaat. Je helpt met het lossen, sorteren en verwerken van de oogst, zodat alles op tijd klaarstaat voor de volgende stap in het productieproces. Zodra het oogstseizoen voorbij is, kun je doorstromen naar productiewerkzaamheden binnen de fabriek. - Je verwerkt en sorteert de verse kool die vanaf het land binnenkomt. - Je zorgt dat de producten op de juiste plek terechtkomen voor verdere verwerking. - Na het oogstseizoen ondersteun je bij verschillende werkzaamheden in de productie.
