Deze organisatie verwerkt en verhandelt grondstoffen en halffabricaten voor de food-sector met aandacht voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar het assembleren, bedienen en onderhouden van machines centraal staat. Medewerkers bedienen productielijnen, voeren kwaliteitscontroles uit en verpakken eindproducten. Er zijn opleidingsmogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een operatorrol. Het salaris ligt tussen €2.600 - €4.000 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleidingsniveau. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en instellen van productielijnen en machines. - Storten, schonen en droogroosteren van grondstoffen en noten. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en nauwkeurig registreren van resultaten. - Verpakken van producten en controleren van verpakkingen op kwaliteit en gewicht. - Uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en melden van storingen. - Monitoren van geautomatiseerde besturingen en het instellen van recepten en parameters op PLC-systemen. - Werken met mixers, transportbanden, drooginstallaties en verpakkingsmachines en uitvoeren van eerste lijns foutanalyse. - Verantwoordelijk voor een volledige productielijn tijdens de dienst en afstemmen met de technische dienst en ploegleiding bij grotere storingen. - Uitvoeren van visuele controles, temperatuur- en weegmetingen en monstername voor laboratoriumanalyse binnen HACCP-richtlijnen. - Actief signaleren van verbeteringen gericht op kwaliteit, uitvalreductie en verkorting van stilstand.

Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare ervaring. - Ervaring als productiemedewerker of operator, bij voorkeur in de food-sector. - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Basiskennis van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsprocedures. - Heftruckcertificaat is een pré.
